We started in 2021 with a simple frustration: California families were being priced out of living near each other. The kids couldn't afford a place nearby. The aging parents had nowhere to go. And the ways to add a home were failing everyone: slow, expensive site builds, opaque modular companies, and contractors who disappeared mid-project.

So we built a company the way our family already worked, on the back of 40+ years of building experience. Eric, our co-founder and Craftsman Trainer, sets the craftsmanship standard. Austin, our COO, runs operations and the factory floor. Joshua, our CMO, runs marketing, the website, and the brand that tells our story. Our team walks every new client through the first call and connects you with the right specialist. And Cathy, our CEO and co-founder, leads sales and sets the tone for every conversation, contract, and finish. You'll often meet her in person at the factory tour.

Today we build 97% of each home inside a climate-controlled Salinas factory, with stronger 2x6 exterior walls, then crane-deliver it to your property in a single day. The price on your contract covers everything: permits, plans, foundation, appliances, delivery, inspections. The number you see is the number you pay.
