On-Site Project Manager

  • Own every project's field timeline in our internal dashboard, from site prep through final inspection and client handoff.
  • Run delivery and installation days end to end: crane, set, weather-in, hookups.
  • Own the foundation phase closely: it's the single longest step in every on-site build and the one most likely to slip, so keeping it on schedule is what keeps the whole project on schedule. The same close ownership applies to utility hookups: water, sewer, electrical, and gas, fully tested and signed off before a project can move to finishes.

Factory Project Manager

  • Own every active build's timeline on the factory floor in our internal dashboard. You will know the status of every unit, every day, before anyone asks.
  • Track and manage factory inventory, staging materials for each upcoming project ahead of time so the crew can start exactly where they need to the moment the day begins.
  • Walk the floor and ask the hard questions: When did this build start? Who is on it? What is the build time? Are we on track? Then document the answers.

  • Track every permit from feasibility through final approval. Know the status of every application, every day, before anyone asks.
  • Know each jurisdiction's zoning, setback, ADU ordinance, and utility rules cold, so our feasibility studies are accurate before we ever submit.
