  • Lead Craftsman, $45–$55/hour: everything a Craftsman does, plus you set the standard on the floor, leading a section, directing and correcting other carpenters' work, and keeping builds on spec and on pace.

  • Foundation Crew, $30–$38/hour: mostly slab foundations. Layout, excavation and grading, forming, rebar, anchor bolts and hold-downs, pouring and finishing, working to a plan set alongside the crew.
  • Foundation Lead, $38–$45/hour: everything Foundation Crew does, plus you run the pour. You read the foundation plan, set out the layout, direct the crew, check the work against the plan before inspection, and keep the job on schedule.
