The one who makes sure every home is built right and on time. Austin runs the Salinas factory floor, and signs off on every home before it leaves the building.
His Role
Austin runs operations: the factory floor, the build schedule, and the final quality check on every home. When your ADU is being built, Austin is the one keeping it on track and making sure it meets the standard the family holds every build to.
He's also the one who often comes to your property for the site visit, measuring crane and trailer access and confirming the home can be delivered exactly where you want it. By delivery day, Austin already knows your lot.
Every home that rolls out of our Salinas factory has passed his checklist. Nothing leaves the building until it's right.
