His Work
Eric has spent more than forty years on job sites: framing walls, setting tile, hanging doors, and training the next generation of carpenters to do it right. Long before Framework First existed, he was the builder families in the Salinas Valley called when they wanted work that would last.
That experience is the reason our homes are built the way they are: 2x6 exterior walls instead of the industry-standard 2x4, finish work done by hands that have done it ten thousand times, and a factory crew that learned every step from someone who actually cares whether a joint is tight.
